    it's not like each guy has 9$ left. There was only 30$ total, and once everybody took their cut, each guy only has 1$ afterwards. 9$ really has very little to do with it.

    as i understood it, i always thought it was messed up enough in it's regular usage. From what i gather, it works by blasting holes in the ionosphere and they gather data as it repairs itself.
