    Concerning step 1, I don't think they are taken in-game. The quality is poor. I think Normal uses a stance in the Variant Editor. At least that's how I create mine. You can save some video stances...

    It's a good start. But don't you think the health stat is a bit ridiculous too? Maybe it can be done according to the trained factor... Of course, this will need adjustment of other stats in turn.
