Must be Vista, I haven't had one single freeze with M2TW...which is weird, I frequently had random glitches with RTW (and especially with mods installed), but, vanilla M2TW seems completely 100%...

I don't know, in my campaign Iberia only has a single province left (year 249bc) and Carthage is totally kicking their tanned Spanish butts!

EDIT: BINGO! It was the map_heights.hgt file that was doing it. As soon as I deleted it, your landbridges work like a charm. :)

Nope, the timestamps are all exactly okay. I must be doing something wrong. I deleted map.rwm from the imperial_campaign folder, put your files in the base folder, and started a new campaign.

EB is far, far, far more complicated than any other RTW mod...but that's not a bad thing. All the info you need, like Callicles said, is already in the game. Just read the tooltips and building...
