So... red skills are good. Well red skills are too good and they have some detrimental effects on the game.
The main reason for this is because the AI cannot easily achieve a synergistic army....
Short Answer:
1) Melee Defense or Special Skills
2) Melee Defense or Melee Attack
3) Melee Attack or Special skills
4) HP/Armor
5) Weapon Damage
6) Charge bonus
