Ynen: France, Burgundy, someone in Germany, or England?
We're down to just one unfilled slot then, since we have Pat and Must who'll fill in where needed. Who hasn't posted yet?
In order for me to be able to write something out for Karstark that makes sense of the past two weeks, would there be a chance that we can make it "canon" that the Northern ships did move south and...
To be honest from what I'm hearing it does sound like Lannister is behaving like a tyrant, which isn't something the Leffords would look kindly on. Both players dropping leaves me more or less stuck...
Thanks all. I understand Reyne and Crakehall were both dropped by their players anyway in protest because of Mortis attacking them with shoddy justification.
I believe I could do this. At least it's something new and thus I'm not at a total loss as to what's happening and why. :P
Alrighty, I'm trying to work my way back into the game now but I've missed quite a lot. Correct me if I'm wrong/give me details:
- Crakehall and Reyne have rebelled somehow. Why? For what? Where...
[OOC: I'm quite confused about what's going on here, but I'll post.]
Edit: I've since been caught up a lot by others and I now know the Lannister army fought at Nunn's Deep, which the LEffords...
The list based on first choices posted so far:
Iberia - Poach (Castile) (I'd prefer them over Portugal on further thought)
British Isles -
Scandinavia - Apple (Sweden)...
British Isles player
German region player
Hungary-Poland-Teutonic Order-Lithuanian player
I'm still in favour of Europe only as I've always been.
Burgundy (for Netherlands)
I don't mind restarting for the new patch. Might not roll Genoa again though as a player Castile will mean I'm unlikely to nab Gibraltar again, scuppering my New World plans.
My major gripe is...
Assuming the mortgage is approved the house will be built by December 2015/January 2016. You're welcome to visit. :P
Trot: Thanks very much for the details.
I'm writing an AAR elsewhere but will paste it here at some point.
I'm still intending on keeping Lefford and Karstark going despite RL intervening quite comprehensively these past two weeks.
I've been looking for, and have found, a house. Put a deposit down on it yesterday. Good times!
Now to try to track down where Karstark and Lefford would be...
Being that I've been gone for about a week, can anyone catch me up?
In better news, my week has at least been productive: I've found some houses, one of which I will eventually buy.
Hi guys, had a hectic week or so. Hope I haven't held anyone up with my sudden absence!
[OOC: Moderation conclusion:
- The marriage happened by force. Forced marriage is still marriage for as long as the person who forced it remains in a position to enforce it, which Haggorn...
[OOC: Here to moderate. Is there justification for the above letter arriving on time to prevent the wedding? It appears not, to me.]

"You have inflicted no defeats upon the West that have reached my ears," said Caron, "They will not bow to demands while they remain unhumbled, I suspect."
June 18, 2015, 03:39 PM
"I have four thousand men, your Grace," said Caron, "and 150 ships. If the more numerous ships of your navies can find and contain, or smash, the Stormlands navy, I am willing to remain off their...
He can have 6, 7 or 9. In trying to build a custom nation I'm reminded that I loathe the minmaxing that this game mode represents. The entire National Idea/Idea Group thing in EU4 sucks (massive step...
Overlooking the harbour itself, the quarters of the Sunset Shipping company sit on the water itself, clinging to one of...

Should only be around 1,400ish dead?
Edit: Archers were left out of my final totals because none died. Add 3,350 Archers to your grand total. You've got ~11,300 alive out of 12,717 to start.
I'm objecting to the entire roll. There's absolutely no reason for them to consider surrender when their position is so strong.

Decisive Black victory as expected but the ambush killed considerably more than it lost.
"'Lordling' is a tad condescending considering I'm older than you, Clegane," said Raymar equally as bluntly, "and you'll get a share. You're but one man in two thousand, though."
[OOC: Ideally I'd like Nunn's Deep to attempt to communicate with Goldentooth. The garrison knows there's an army there, they're far from in a hopeless position that warrants surrender.]
[OOC: I'd like to object to this. There's an army behind Goldentooth, why would Nunn's Deep surrender with potential rescue so close? Surely they'd send ravens?]

It's been pointed out Zeus is mounting a surprise attack and his orders were concealed inside a spoiler deep in the thread. I have to roll this phase now, too.

Resounding Black victory. Rolls were consistently heavily in Oz' favour. HB has clearly angered the dice gods today.
