This is one aspect of realism i also find lacking. I normally convert first the buildings inside before i convert the town itself, to preserve some cultural diversity.

It looks like all tier 1 buildings give a +1 culture unrest. Maybe Tier 2 give +2 etc.

One thing that is very unclear to me is if buildings from an other culture have other negative effects than listed in the tooltips? Is it best to demolish them ASAP?
A port to R2TW would be fantastic! Your models would deserve that. But maybe next TW will be fantasy based and then it will be even easier to transfer.
Fast battles and fast click unit abilities is a poor excuse for not having a good tactical AI. CA has not made much progress in this aspect. I can remember the first MTW years ago the tactical aspect...

Definitely boiling oil is OP. rams are not worth it as casualties are too high. Kam's mod is a good thing.

Iberians also only have the 'wolves of the north' tradition, which i rarely use. Therefor would be nice to have more choice.
