are you saying when you launch the game it doesn't start but it runs in background in the task manager?

happens to me too although I can start it again and it'll have two running in the background (but one uses significantly less memory). I always manually end task when I stop playing

So the "evade enemy agent by 5%" traits for my scouts works for the whole army that the scout is positioned in?
