I had a suspicion that there was a new limit after more testing today, but why would they do this - what's the point
having a few problems since the update, even vanilla Palmyran legionaries are missing arms and spears, and the DeI early hastati and principes i tested have missing torsos. Removing the pack file...
I'm guessing there are plans to update this to the new Rome 2 & DeI versions once they come out?
Hello everyone
Final year of Uni coming up, so to get my creativity flowing I decided on a few small reskin exercises. The current victim is the Imperial-era Legio X Gemina Pia Fidelis (and behind...
Rise of Mordor my dude, but nothing will be modded into this game except actually warhammer fantasy stuff

Look's like Fell Beasts are (back) on the menu, boys!
my excitement for seeing all of the shield textures on the new models is getting too much!
I believe the style is more similar to that of "bullgod", a set of unit cards for Rome II

Petellius you can use any screenie of mine you want, they're all on steam
Sorry for double post, but
If the unit has that placeholder unit card, the chances are that it is nowhere near completion - try to avoid those units until they're done
Just a few from a quickie that I just did - 6 minutes is fast for 20vs20
Will you stand against the Silver Wall......
That music made you want to play the game and get into it. Nowadays the music often makes me stop playing.
I pray they make it possible to mod it.[/QUOTE]

Was the modelling just a case of editing the existing shield model? A thing I've learnt while at uni is to set up a plain behind the model and have like a schematic put on there that you can use to...
AMD is very damning, i swtiched from AMD 8370 to Intel 4790k the weekend before last and the difference is so obvious - I can even play Medieval 2 without CPU lag through the roof
Machine performance - 45-60fps, no difference compared to R2 and Attila. Bare in mind my set up is very high-end, sporting an Intel 4790k and MSI-modded GTX 980 and running from an SSD, so I may be...
Turns out after redownloading and reinstalling in a different way, I'd forgotten to delete the faulty version in my americas mod folder and replace it with the new fresh files - I've been playing it...
Redownloaded and reinstalled DaC correctly and one file at a time, still getting the same error. The Medieval 2 folder has full control security setting. I'm able to run MoS completely fine from...
Yup, got all of that. It's on a separate SSD from my system install, so I didn't imagine the program files stuff would interfere but I'll double check
I'll just add to this, it is the steam version
I finally got my PC's CPU upgraded to intel to play medieval 2 (and specifically DaC) and when I try to start a campaign, it CTDs when clicking to start the campaign as the selected faction?
...
on the subject of 0.52 problems, I can't start any campaigns - I select Gondor and press start, and it crashes each time i retry. I've had this mod running perfectly in the past, so I can't imagine...
Smoke weed erry day
joke had to be made - anyway I love those bronze breastplates and the bronze-tipped spears thrown in was a nice touch too
Admittedly legions of the week have been unupdated due to UMCenturion having an adventure in the "real world", what ever that is
Zonks, is it alright if I take your modified version, port in my shield retextures (C.L.S.R.P.) and use that to update my version of the mod on Steam Workshop (and credit you with updating everything...
There's two of us, only read the first one though. We had the entire series except for 2 at home, and the 2nd book was one of the 2 we don't have :(
XIIIICaesar has become... very illusive, take that from the guy that would talk to him a lot about old Caesar's Legions. I run the Shield update version on steam, I'm not a scripter or anything like...
I suppose that means editting early legionary shields onto new textures
And yea UMC, sounds like a plan
I like the design, definitely something i could get behind
That's about the sorta size they are in-game, they're the same as in Rome II. Personally I think as long as the shield doesn't obscure the troops' vision then it's just fine.
Edit: Ah, it is...
Personally I find a good lancer charge into heavy infantry can be the deciding factor in a battle, that is if they didn't shy away - is the effect the same for charging into the rear?
Also there...
I'll send you a link over steam for my new rendition of the 14th in a few UMC
Unless you make a special regular century for them
I'd have them in the 1st cohort so that you don't have multiple Macro and Cato's ingame (if that wasn't already the plan)
Anyway here is the source - in fact the amount of source for Legio II...
Hmm. Might as well ask him when the time comes to be sure.
I've been now and then, i know they have a few steppe-based exhibits so it might be useful for that
I had been put off leonardo's models due to the way he seemed to have anti-aliasing down in his promotional images, but I will admit I like his models - particularly the leather one... shame we can't...
30 in our case, though we could always add in Legio XXX Ulpia Victrix and make it 31
I think actually you misunderstand us - we have many legions, all existing on the campaign map at once just like LoR. I'm also a little offended that you think LoR is better. Indeed Leonardo has good...
I mean if you do the box as part of the texture
perhaps a bordered box that will contain the text, and fit in with the colour scheme?
