Double check your rigging. I've had this issue myself before and it was caused by the faces being rigged to the wrong joints or not rigged to the skeleton at all. Usually occurs during the conversion...

There was a similar mod for WH1 that gave some legendary lords mounts. I'm sure once the creation kit is updated for WH2 this should be possible. :)
Just wondering is it possible to start a campaign with this mod active, then turn it off later when I feel I'm ready for the AI to expand?

In the AOC update, Viking Warlord companions do not have shields.
Those are actually left over from the regions in Rome2. CA used the same exact map, just switched the regions/provinces around.
That's the prologue campaign with the Visigoths. ;)
