Vram issue for me when it happens I use 2GB which is what my GPU has, and game stutters as it starts to use normal ram instead. Lower setts never seem to effect it.
FXAA makes it fuzzy not SMAA.
God the more missed content or bad choices makes you wonder, this literally could of been the best stragedy game of the decade if everything was in, and they made the right choices. Its a unfinished...
mhz1000 what setts you using, the pics just sharp due to down-sampling and some sweetfx? cause there pretty :)

Not to be rude, but your not getting any AA from that setting in control-panel/NvididaInspector. No AA flags work for this game, so its fxaa/smaa or down-sampling nothing else, at all.
SMAA with sweetfx or downsampling is only way for AA in this game for time being.

How would ram effect most campaign fps/stutter problems though its like purely CPU usage there isnt it?
I don't mean to assume but few in this thread are saying they force csaax8 in control panels are getting good FPS using it etc, Fairly sure there's no way to force AA in Rome2 with nvidia cards...
Forcing AA threw inspector or control-panel doesn't work though, It doesn't actually improve the AA.
Does it actually help performance though, surely speed of hdd reading is the least of our woes since its CPU that bottlenecks everything with rome2?

If I try combine them, by using the .settings from the crisp sweetfx with GEMs I just get white artifacts everywhere. The GEM settings dont seem to like to have smaa or lumasharpen enabled in sweetfx...

What lol, you do of course notice 30-60fps unless your half blind. You can notice 60-120fps too
6/10 after about 40hrs of play. Every TW game would be a 9/10 for me. 10/10 after mods n patchs.
