Oh my good lord, the humor part of this story was how bad that user's English was :laughter:. I think you got some problems on your hands Avetis, 457 young Danish problems :laughter:
Talk to ABH after the mod is released to the general public. He will set you up with everything. It is always nice to get translators from a language other than Spanish :laughter:.
Anyway, although I really have never had a formal introduction to you, it is good to have team members coming back.
That is very true Aztec , however it kind of becomes hard when the modding tools seem to be disappearing with every new game. At least TW: Attila has more tools than Rome 2, although a lot of...
Okay, this version of the mod is for Attila. It has many, many features the Rome 2 version doesn't have, however it isn't released yet. There is also a Rome 2 version, it requires DeI because is it...
CA, I think the campaign tools are missing. CA, why did you give us a tool that doesn't even work? CA, why do you shut us out on the forums? CA, why did you make .Mitch. give up on the Populous...
actually, it is entirely possible to create a new faction from scratch WITHOUT replacing an Attila one. It is just difficult
Just as a thought and suggestion, you could make all of the settlements destroyed and renamed to cities in that timeframe and make all factions hordes. That would mean that the player "colonizes" the...
My suggestion is just change the overall unit size in main_units table, 1000 for infantry, 500 cavalry, and 750 missle troops. I have done it and gotten little to no FPS drop.
You realize this is what we are doing over at AE. We are waiting for Doomon to finish up Carthage to begin production.
With modders like me and you, Attila may become as good as Medieval 2. Good job on those units. love the work you guys are putting into this project.
We could just replace the old pike animations with new ones. It may work
Most likely a campaign DLC for Alexander the Great, spanning from Greece to his conquests in India. That is what I think it may be. It seems more likely than a unit pack of a faction that is...
I feel like I am the only person on this forum who enjoyed every second of Rome 2. The reason being is because up until that time, halo wars had been the biggest RTS I had ever played, so when I saw...
Better yet, how to attach a piece of DB to a script.
Hi. I am wondering how I could attach a unit special ability (like rally or custom ones) to a unit's situation in battle (like if they are routing). Thanks for whoever responds - Radsix
Could you please leave your suggestion in the "Suggestions" thread? It would be a big help to me and some other members of the team.
Yeah we aren't dead. It has just been hard on the team with so many studying. In fact we are all still working hard on the mod. Just because previews aren't daily doesn't mean we have given up...
Trust me The Hellene, you are going to get much more than you expect :)
hmmmm, render_campaign_to_file... can someone explore this further
Please keep your brilliant ideas on this page. Thanks!
I heard about that, and I know you guys at ROM need it, along with many other great mods out there.
I wonder how Warhammer is gonna deal with PFM. :)
Make quality and diverse DLCs: The only kind of DLCs that CA releases are unit packs, campaign packs, and faction packs, but I personally would...
Make Campaign tools for R2 and Attila: making campaign tools would not only boost your community's opinion, it would also let you higher the price of the games and bring in more people looking for TW...
I am sorry to sound rude or anything, but are we still working together or have we just separated? I am trying to get some kind of role so that I know who is still active. Best of luck DEI team....
I think this may be possible withe dilemma system, but we will just have to see.
That's odd, both the Middle Ages mod and the LOTR mod are doing it.
Hey AE community. It is that time of the year again, yep the modding awards. If you can, support AE by voting for us and show your support for the mod. Remember that modding can't function without...
Ancient Empires Attila. Not ready yet, but it has already been the first to be able to basic mod the BAI and add in an entirely new faction from scratch.
This would allow me to add Sparta to the Campaign map. As well as pretty much any other major city that is necessary for the time period.
How does the manpower system function? Is it like .Mitch.'s? Could you post some screenshots of manpower in action?
I would have to disagree because of the fact that one of the factions is byz for Byzantine.
