It is available on the tech tree as I am playing the game too. It is enabled when you build the barracks. Did you put the file one volley fire version also in Empire/data/DME/Packs also?
FireryMastermind-unit spacing in the volley fire version is the way it is because if the spacing is tighter the men shoot each other in the back! Can make it tighter in the other versions.
Tested with changing ellipse for circle and it seemed to work. The Pick target setting 153 is there for flanking-it is supposed to be like that. Will test some more. I changed that it the circle in...
Not that I could figure out. When I tried my fixes the game crashed...and then would not work at all again...had to reinstall the mod. So just use the work around fix from post one that you told me...
Durango- Empire was not a finished game-the AI programer quit and moved to Scotland. I applied my Napoleon setting to Empire a it greatly helped the AI and it plays very good indeed-but not as good...
No. Depends on the campaign difficulty setting. But it is designed so the AI cannot just be steam rolled by the player and is more of a challenge to play.

It has to do with the Napoleon graphics. Try turning off volumetric effects in graphics and use BSM_Off in graphics, weather off in graphics see if that helps if not then do not use Napoleon graphics.
Nappy delete the mod file from your data folder and reinstall it. then verify game catche thought steam. restart darth mod and play a custom battle. see if they are crossing. they should not do that.

USE THE CAUSA BELLI PACK FROM POST #1. Do not use that Gourtland mod. It will mess things up.
It is aum3mod pack that is causing the problem. Use the regular version not the ++ version and it should work.
I already lowered the damage to the building by 50%. Vanilla Darth mod had them indestructable.
I have not seen that bug so no - I have not a clue way that should be. Are you using any other mods?

Indeed the AI works better attacking then defending. That seems to be the case with the warscape engine. If you wait a bit then it form up in a good line. I seems to have the most problems on maps...

If units have campaign map stealth ability then the AI can move those units without the player knowing where they came from. So it is not a cheat-if that is indeed the case.
I always use 40 unit battles with unlocked camera and that way you can micro very easy and get a good idea of the flow of things. Kind of a cheat but need to do to evaluate how my settings work.
