    Re: Alpha released

    Huh? Where was it released?
  2. Re: Only multiplayer option in Win 10 Steam install

Which EXE are you using? I remember only Alexander on steam will work with Roma Surrectum.

Sticky: Re: RS2.6\RSIII questions & answers

After updating to patch 3.1, what should the launcher look like? Can anyone post a picture and show me what it should be. 343895

Re: Urgent doubt about the reforms.

Yes every time you load up a save or start a new campaign, you must click on a city and activate the script. Otherwise it will screw up building chains and such.

Re: Roma Surrectum III - Post your Empires

Sup, i'm playing as Carthage and love messing up Romani. After taking over Iberia from those pesky barbarians, Rome is next in my sights.

It does this on every nation and one 0 or 1 turn campaigns. So don't worry and keep playing.

    Re: Hannibal Ambush

No you're not doing anything wrong. You can bring up additional units and bolster the stack near Hannibal or wait a turn and let him wonder off. If you do this, each stack in Northern Italy will...

    Re: Camels

It's been said again and again Camels are not in the released versions of Roma Surrectum. Now there might be a sub mod that includes camels, you should check in the sub mod section. Also at the time...

Also if you have spare generals or newly spawned ones, put them in your field battle stack. Often I will have three generals with my main general. They are amazing heavy cavalry and will do good...

This is rather hard to read through that giant wall of text. Maybe next time break it down into smaller sections.

    Re: Problems with installation

A fresh rome install with 2.5 installed, also you install 3.0 over the 2.5.
  12. Re: Annex or client state?-what's your choice and why

Client till I get nothing else from it, then granted citizenship. Although Greece I would annex the northern part and Client state the southern. That's my choice in how to handle it.
  13. Re: Annex or client state?-what's your choice and why

Annex if it's closer to home territory and historical Roman territory. But I usually annex Italy and all other areas client state till I have them pacified. But if I can get good aux troops, I will...

Sticky: Re: RS2.6\RSIII questions & answers

No don't pump out unit after unit. That's a sure fire way of ruining your income. Yes at first you should build up about two legions and take back Italy after the rebellion, but afterwords...

Okay I did a fresh install and everything is fine. Although fog of war has been disabled. I can see every settlement and city on the map. Is this intended or a bug?

    Re: economic difficulty

Well you can spend more and have more upkeep than you have income. My advice is that you displace some troops and build up some more economic buildings to get a steady supply of income.

    Re: Full stacks

That's what I did exactly, I shipped stack after stack from the capital. Then moved stacks from Carthago Nova to the front, yet they still had 12 or more stacks against me.

Also I restarted the Carthage campaign and pulled Hannibal out of Italy and back to Iberia. So i've rushed their settlements and now i'm taking on their capital.

Nice. Technically I don't expand that far South in my Roman Campaigns, but I like how they look. Those who are working on the next patch, you're amazing!
