Please don't be another one of these mods that adds something people never asked for.
We want the SweetFX shaders, not another main menu screen replacement.
If it doesn't exist on your computer, then you didn't install GEM correctly.
I have to agree with the performance dropoff and the lag spikes since moving to GEM 3.0.
Was considering reverting to 2.3 myself, and Vinushka's observations seem to confirm my suspicions.
Are you planning to update this mod? Patch 3 is no longer in beta.
Please add more exclamation marks to your post. People tend to respond really well when you shout at them.
Donald Trump?
Ask ourselves what Conan would do? Conan O'Brien? Conan the Barbarian?
Whambulance? Ephialtes of trachis? We're pale for excusing ourselves?
I read your post literally 9 times,...
Exactly why I modded the Radious Campaign mod back to default values for army limits - silly nonsense like this.
It takes a lot of guts to admit that something with so much work and money behind it didn't live up to expectations, either ours or their own. Give them credit for admitting the game needs some...
He already gave instructions on how to do it on the first page of this thread. Actually read the thread before you accuse him of leaving anyone in the dark.
If you tried the lazy way and copied...
Can't speak for anyone else, but I discovered that I needed to disable both FRAPS and Steam Overlay before I could get any of these SweetFX mods to work properly.
Just tossing that out since I had...
[QUOTE=agent 47;13220637]I'm not sure if i can since its not really my own work, its just a combination.[QUOTE]
How about just your SweetFX_settings file? The values you tweaked there to arrive at...
Thanks for the description, I'll give it a shot.
Being a head taller is one thing, but that barbarian's noggin is big enough to hide two Roman heads in it, with their helmets.
Not gonna lie, that's just comically bad scaling instead of a...
Hi, can you let us know exactly how you combined the two?
Or better yet, make the combined files available to us?
Nice work, by the way.
No kidding. The point is the capture points shouldn't exist in the first place. They remove any semblance of strategic deployment and tactics from the battles.
Every battle on earth has been...
I have an ongoing fantasy that in the near future, we'll live in a world where the first person to mention a class action lawsuit after a game launch would be held down and kicked in the scrotum...

For the most part people around here seem to be pretty smart, so they must be using Nvidia.
Safe assumption.

I'm sure the path of your life won't be altered too dramatically by the whole 12 minutes it took you.
Furthermore, one may argue that playing computer games is just as much of a waste of your time...
That sounds like a silly reason. Does that mean if CA had any pacifists on its staff, there would be no killing modeled in M2TW?
What a game that would be. Just a bunch of knights at the gates of...
I really don't understand how people who see a chance to exploit the AI take advantage of that exploit, then have the nerve to complain about it. It's simple - if you feel like it's cheating and the...
Yes, I've had my siege towers go up in flames twice now from volleys of flaming arrows.
Word of caution - if your tower catches on fire while on the enemy's wall, get your men out of it...
Is there an echo in here? I just said that.
You can also destroy a country by killing their faction leader, and any remaining heirs (basically every general). There is then some kind of civil war, and all of their provinces become rebels.
I...
I'm almost embarrassed to admit this, but I volunteered to take a week-long assignment in London for work just to get my hands on M2TW a little early. The night I got it, I told my co-workers I was...
Is that right? Maybe I just got lucky then.
Then again I always build churches early on, so maybe my generals managing my cities become more pieous from that, and don't get targeted for that...
If you create a crusader army while the crusade is going on (therefore "joining" the crusade), you score some reputation points with the Pope.
If you actually TAKE the city targeted by the crusade...
Yes you can.
Inquisitors have tried several of my good generals and even a few family members and had them burned at the stake. They are a real threat, and the best thing to do is to just avoid...
Squalor is still there, but it's almost a non-issue if you even bother to buy the city upgrades that provide happiness bonuses.
I'm about 145 turns into the grand campaign as the English, and...
BeachedWhale09, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I just got the full game shipped to me and I have exactly the same setup you have, except that I only have the 6600 card, not the 6800.
