I can not see any error. which program you use for editing texture? did you save new texture by the right way?
when you write post here, in the bottom right corner you can see option Go Advanced. click on it. then go down and you can see option Manage Attachments and upload textures here from your PC.
could you post textures here (original and after your change)?
when, why characters rebelling? is it base on their influence, accumen or something? is possible to control this?
