Exactly. Usually it's a lot easier to just butcher everyone in sight than try to be stealthy. And the game sort of nudges you towards open combat more often than not. AC Liberation did have the...
If you haven't done Lester's assassination missions yet, save up your money; they give you the opportunity to make some cash on the stock market...
Aside from the stuff already mentioned, i was disappointed by the fact that you couldn't buy new safehouses. I mean, WHY???. It makes no sense.
The businesses you can acquire are also mostly...
Absolutely. MotB featured pretty much the only realistic (personality-wise) characters in any NWN release. And the story is so many miles ahead of NWN2 itself (which was indeed an abomination in many...
Since EA have an exclusive right to make SW games until 2023, nothing is actually stopping them from making/outsourcing a single-player KOTOR.
Most people had a problem with TOR not because it was a bad game in itself, but rather since it denied them a "proper", single-player KOTOR RPG (I'm one of those people...). Although in all fairness,...
Precisely. The current engine was "new" when released, as well...
Went with Iorveth. Mainly because I aided the elves in W1 and so it seemed logical to continue on the set course.
Riddick of course.
And the other guy from the second film (the one who burnt himself to death)
I don't get it. I mean, RTR is a mod for a video game. Surely there are better things to do with your life (no offense to devs, i'm on a mod team myself) than to stare at your PC and wait for it to...
Oh no, dear boy.
No mods reveal their release date. Mostly because they don't know it.
The special forces fellows sure are tough. A few years back there was a story in a newspaper about a guy who had been a black beret (Ranger) in the U.S army for a long while. Well, the guy (then over...
Teutonic, since it includes my people :thumbsup2
The map will be ''stretched'', which means greater distances between cities.
That should translate into more field battles.
Bah, that's not historical at all.
Working with several historians, we have discovered that all Germans looked like this:

Excatly.
Plus, the filthy rich AI has a tendency of recruiting many merc-only armies. A fun example: i beat an AI general's stack, but he survived and retreated. The next turn, he reappeared with 16...
Quite honestly i wouldn't care if they put the Terminator and some dark elves in it, as long as it's challenging and interesting to play.
But it's not
Just my opinion, of course
Ok, clearly someone refused to understand that i just mentioned my opinion, but you had to drag it to a long off-topic discussion. Very well then.
Locky covered most of your post, but i make a few...
he said ''b0ner'', but it got censored :P
You seem to have posted some bizarre points.
Read it over, then you realize that i was saying:
''Since the Romans annihilated all other nations in the Meditarranean area, their inability to govern...
that's not an ostrich, that's a swan!!!
...and how would you know if that's a good thing or not? I, for one, can very well imagine a modern world without Roman influence, since the other European powers like Gauls or Carthage weren't any...
Will there be voicemods?
Also, will there be new pre-battle speeches, as was advertised earlier?
I play EB right now (always on Medium battle diff), which means i usually have about 5 crappy levy units against an enemy full stack. Somehow i doubt the AI can handle that
In some mods, letting the AI fight fro you isn't an option, since you just can't afford the artificial stupidity getting your army killed - some examples being EB and 77bc; if you lose too many units...
strange, i didn't see any... :hmmm:
since Macedon shall be facing the Galatians early on (that's what i've heard, anyway), they probably won't be nearly as strong as in 6.x
I honestly don't want to see roman politics, or, for that matter, anything else about them. Always when there's a game (or a movie) about the ancient era, the developers put 90% effort into the...
I'm in favor of straight people also having parades in sex lingerie to demonstrate their sexuality, with giant genitals in hand. Kind of like a counter-balance.
We want attention too dammit!!!...
If anything, it should be the other way round IMO
you could've just put all the questions in one post y'know
1. will Spartans have armor?
2. will there be (re-)emerging factions?
3. will the Senate be included for the factions mentioned earlier? If it is, does that mean ''vanilla-style'' Senate missions?...
yeah they mentioned the counter-factions would be ''the biggest new feature next to the new map''. Then some devs said the counter-factions probably wouldn't be in 7.0.
I'm curious if it will be in,...
:thumbsup2
Just to point it out, there are English names right next to the native ones in EB
Well Brosnan simply wasn't anything like a secret agent, he looked like he missed his country club or sth. He pranced around with his ''witty'' upstart chatter and his lame-ass onliners, and action...
well it's down again
they would still go down, but on somebody else ;)
they're updating software from what i hear
that's what i said - it takes time to properly move the data :buba:
