    i read some time ago about Greeks mentioning javelin throw lengths, i dont remember it now specifically, anyway it was something about throwing javelin out of the stadium which was found remarkable....

    Another major problem with overarm use is extremely fast fatigue drain having arm up has.. From tests done by Chris Matthew for his book A Storm of Spears, two group of Reenactors got training...
