    If you have more then Win7, then try to run VDM with Win7 compability.
    Also if you have Steam then try to run with Launcher_ETW.exe in the WALI folder.

    First number is culture points from buildings and events. Second number is needed points to gain next doctrine or next doctrine's level. Do you get doctrines and their levels?
