    It is representing passive disciplined bonus, so unit losses cohesion slower than units without it. Its enabled automatically, and you should not disable it. just leave it as it is..

    yes, his testing objects could fight for more than 15 minutes using underarm high grip. With overarm, same subjects couldn't fight at all after 2 minutes, while they needed another 15 minutes of rest...

    thats the thing - i have removed weapon rage from units, because they were way too accurate. Javelin range was never so accurate for entire unit. every soldier would have completely different range...
