I'm having a great campaign as Rome (Campaign: Hard), but I have a question regarding public order. Is the AI not affected by public order at all? I have tried to put spies, champions and dignitaries...
I think it is their position. They are surrounded by very different factions. Greeks to the south, romans coming from the west, tribes from the north and mix of factions from the east.
In my...
Correct. They had a large part of spain but got involved in a war with the Averni. I (Rome) then invaded from the south and took all but one of their regions. So now they have one region, one fleet...
Aaah understand, but don't they suffer desertion/attrition if they can't feed/pay their armies?
How many stacks can a single city faction maintain? I'm fighting the Arevaci (sp?) and they have one city but five full stacks - they don't suffer desertion. Can they really maintain five armies?...
@Cgma
Do what you think is best. Playing your revised version at the moment and it is great.
Hi,
As the title says, is there a way to remove dead bodies on the battlefield? On Max Performance they disapear, I was wondering if it would be possible to make them disapear on higher settings...
Hi 12money, I assume you are "WhyXelsink" on Steam :)
I tried to these folders and files from ToB to the Attila data.pack:
- commontextures
- effects
- fx
- fxc
- lighting
- sea
- vfx
Google says it's a quote from Seneca (c. 4 BC – A.D. 65). He wrote several tragedies with greek themes, for example "Agamemnon". Something greek on the way?
I'm not sure there are many others. I'm using MINOS' right now, I'm pretty happy with it.
You lower the difficulty to normal :)
At least he's still around. He was last active on the official forum yesterday. No posts though - about anything :)
His last comment was on june 6, a month ago.
And Jack Lusted has been very, very quiet lately.
I doubt there will be other DLCs than the Blood DLC. This game seems like a smaller side project.
Siege Escalation = A lengthy siege, the settlement is bombarded by catapults, sapping, etc. (passive)
Attack = The besieging faction attacks with catapults, siege towers and ladders (action)

No worries mate. I always turn the water settings way down because it's under all the land mass.
Apparently the game can use more than3.5Gb because they use something called Large Address Aware
...
The game is 32bit, so it doesn't use more than 4 Gb. The devs have said this for years.
The "water bug" isn't really a bug, all TW games have water under the land mass.
Everything Theramines said :)
This is my ERE campaign around turn 55'ish. As you can see, the Suebians are in northern Spain :)
I'm using:
Minoss: Better AI
Transports through ports only
Skidvars Garrison mod
TURN 50...
Hi, a Steam version would be nice :)
You're probably right, still I just hope they finish R2 and then "fix" Attila. I mean, they can't add stuff to R2 forever :)
I still hope they release stuff for Attila, because the ToB release date is in May and Three kingdoms is set for release in the Fall 2018. So there are approx 5-6 months between the release of ToB...
@Julio-Claudian
I'm not so sure. They are updating and adding DLCs to Rome 2. There is also a new campaign pack on the way for R2.
I hope that they'll do the same with Attila when they are...
Agree, BETTER PERFORMANCE.
And possibility for trade agreements without direct access between capitals.
One thing that really annoys me, is that you can't have a trade agreement with your neighbour, unless there is direct access to the capital. It makes no sense.
Sorry to ruin the fun, but this is what is happening on the 31st:

How about using the Warhammer map for RoM?
In Eurogamer (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016-11-16-the-next-historical-total-war-is-an-era-we-havent-tackled-yet) the say that it is "an era we haven't tackled yet."
That then excludes a...
Does anyone have an idea when they'll annonce a new game? Or even release clues and teasers?
The game runs great on my i5-4690, GTX 970, 8 Gb DDR3. I can put everything on Ultra.
I have just upgraded to:
CPU: i5-4690
GPU: msi GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Mobo:Z-97A
RAM: 8Gb
Bought the parts and assembled it myself. Works great, I set everything to Max Quality :)
I upgraded...
As Black9 mentioned, is there something wrong with archers? In one battle my archers just stood there without firing, I had to reposition them and then they fired. They were close to the enemy and...
I'm on turn 46 now in my ERE campaign. Great stuff.
Can anything be done with the Raze Settlement-option for the AI? On turn 46, most regions from present day Poland to the eastern border of the...
And what about income, ageing characters, movement points, building- and research times, sieges etc.?
In my ERE campaign the White Huns weakend the Sassanids, so much that they lost many of their satrapies and regions. The White Huns were eventually destroyed, but the Sassanids lost a lot of...
It works for me. No problems so far.
This is a wonderful mod, having a great time with my ERE campaign :)
Fair enough.
How compatible is you mod to smaller mods like these:
- War Weariness: Attila Campaign
- More Barricades & Deployables
- Ammunition Refill
- Less Reliable Autoresolve
-...
Look great, I will try it later. No Steam version?
