    1. Thranduil's realm are the only faction who could recruit special archers (hine-e-daur) witouth restriction other than post barrack event and having the appropriate building and meeting culture...

    1.Try disable map fow with this code "toggle_fow"
    2.Lower graphics and you will see that your waiting for AI movements will get much better (disable map shadow and virtual synchro if i recall...

    I don't thnk this have to do with being light or heavy cavalry because rohan light cavalry make their targets fly while charging and even Imladris rangers (horse archers) do make the animation...
