    You could change the starting relationships between the factions, and have H & G as friends, but since Harad are Followers of Morgoth you'll have to hope Harad get excommunicated before the Invasions...

    There's no way to find out during a camapign, AFAIK

    Try to check in MOS own thread, each submod tend to come with it's own balance, and there may be tweaks to enhance the challange; as a rule...

    Yup, that's a feature in Total Diplomacy that Gildion linked (Total Diplomacy is implemented in MOS).
