    k/t - with the launcher, you can just copy in the 'Kingdoms.exe' from the default folder into the RR/RC folder and it works great. Haven't had a lot of map lag, but that might just be luck/my pc.

    Playing as England I had a CTD on the HRE's turn, but saving in the middle of AI's turn I was able to get around this. (Load autosave, run, save on france's turn, game crashes...

    No warnings, nothing. Just Black screen, RR/RC 2.0 screen, then it quits.
    Yes, I extracted to the \common folder on both installs (and replaced as it said).

    Hmm, removing the SweetFX fixed the first problem (launcher error), but I still have the second problem.
    Whenever I try to launch the game now, I get black screen, RR/RC screen, then it crashes.

    Just quickly ran a test in Emperor Edition, and it seems to perform better (and at higher settings) than it ever used to!
    More tests are needed, but jolly well done CA!
