    I've brought the model down to 479 poly's, still retaining its basic shapes but losing a little bit of detail. I'll work on it some more and provide an image update tomorrow.

    500 poly's really? I was thought the max was 1000. At least it was for Rome 2, I wasn't aware they reduced it or if its your own cap for such models. Now I know what to aim for I can now properly...

    A little update, I've resized and added some slight detail as well as redoing some components in a more efficient method which has now reduced the model's overall poly count...

    As I said in the mod section, opening the family tree in any of the added in factions will cause a CTD. It will happen to any mod that adds new factions.

    Turbo smooth is ridiculous to use in a game engine, it vastly increases the poly count as I'm sure you are aware.
