    Sorry but in the case of something like a settlement from Hyrule Total War you don't get to make that call. Recoloring somebody's model pink doesn't mean you get to say what others can do with it.

    Yes the dungeon idea is a thing, but wont be implemented for some time, and they should be buildable in the last update.
