So basically I'm able to play as the US in tgw (using Holland's capital), it works perfectly..

But the only problem is, after 10 or 11 turns, I'm always stuck during Holland's turn to move..
...

If Serbia (Sardinia faction) can't re-emerge in the Balkans, is there anyway for any other faction (like Hessen, Hannover, saxony) to be its placeholder to rebel in the region?
