    Perhaps that's true of IsTargetRegionOneOf (never used it) but region names do work for IsRegionOneOf in script. In trait/anc/etc. triggers they don't, only region IDs do.

    I don't have MOS or DAC but I tried it in both Alternative Patch 4.8 and FireFreak's DAC map for TATW3.2, and both have the same Hornburg problem as vanilla...

    Any may be used as IF and WHILE conditions so long as they have no Trigger Requirements. All I_xxx conditions satisfy that rule and so do some others, including RandomPercent. It definitely works.

    They are SGC but don't delete any traits (or change their order? not sure) because it will screw up your game. You can add new ones, to the end of the traits section. Pretty sure any trigger changes...
