    The ones I've tried (Roman Britain and Terminus Britannica) don't seem to change to 12 TPY when I use your mod with them.

    It does load higher up than them, so it should take precedence.

    Perhaps it is the DeI Caesar's Legions submod causing it? Aside from that, this fixpack and a lower army movement speed I'm using nothing major beside non-game changing things such as a GEMFX.

    It can happen next turn or 20 turns later - very random, indeed.

    Yes, I believe this is most likely a mod conflict from your end as I use Radious and they work fine together.

    It seems to work on my 8.1 (no patch 17 beta installed).

    Turn on Compatibility Mode on the configurator, save the configuration and then activate GEM and close it. That works for me.

    I don't mind them, however, they feel far too common in the mixed, lower tier units of the Celtic factions.
