    Re: Unit Regional Availability

Exactly, his "local conscript" can be recruited everywhere except Scotland, if they use the "NotScotland" resource, and this resource is added to every region except Scotland.

There is no "easy" way. You can make a new resource "NotScotland", and add it to every region, save Scotland.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to control that. I've tried using a script to create rebellion, but it doesn't tell what type of rebellion is generated.

I'd like to get some feedback here about the best way to handle rebels. I can see several possibilities (3 actually).

    Re: About rebels

Do you have details? Because if I look at France, Normandy or Britanny in the startpos, they have all "7" for the different population classes. I'm not sure how it actually works
  16. Re: Napoleon : Masters of Europe (MoE), a new mod by l'Aigle and Steph

British voices are already there for most units, and not very needed. I could add a few specific selection voices (like the Marines), or maybe add some Scottish/Irish accents

Re: adding units to minor factions...

I'm working on adding a new set of Portuguese units in Masters of Europe. See a preview here.

Only the voices left to do, and if you are interested I need some voices in Portuguese.
  19. Re: Napoleon : Masters of Europe (MoE), a new mod by l'Aigle and Steph

We already have Dutch for Netherland units, and for Belgian I'll probably use French since the country is occupied by France as start.
I could use another language if someone makes the voices, but...

[Released] Re: New ships textures from Masters of Europe

[Released] Re: New ships textures from Masters of Europe

There is currently one flaw in what I did. The ships have specific textures, but this is related to the faction which recruited it, not the location.

You can do that with PFM. But since it's not possible to mix different types of units, you must have one cannon unit, and one howitzer unit. It's not possible to have a unit with both guns and...

  39. Re: France to review planned military budget cuts after terrorist attacks.

Since a good part of these expenditure is more personnal (and not only more hardware), I'm not sure it will make a lot people much richer.
  40. Re: France to review planned military budget cuts after terrorist attacks.

Sweden is 9 million, so France population is roughly 7 times bigger, but French army is 240k vs 16k for Sweden. So no, per capita France has more.
