it was mostly because the places i was attacking were to the one city nations in germany, therefore i was taking there capital settlements which have much higher unrest.

How come the unrest is so high when you first take a city? It pretty much guarantees a rebellion every time, making the game really tedious, any way to change this?

I followed your instructions and they dont work. I then copied and pasted all the files from the RS3 folder i made to the originale Alex folder where i installed it in steam. It loads up....
