Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
you are really not understanding me right now. Again, I only said his last GAME wasn't particularly good, not that he wasn't particularly good. For example, My faovorite player, kevin love, had 30 points and 7 rebounds against phoenix. Although he didn't rebound well, he had 13 points in the 4th on 4/6 shooting. HOWEVER, he was 11/23 and like I said, didn't rebound the ball very well. I think kevin love is a good player, I don't think he had a very good game. chillax bro.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Yes, it could have been better :) He had a very bad first half but went 7-14 in the second half to make up for it.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Bulls reported to be trying to get Pau Gasol in a trade (sources close to organization.) Boozer would be player to leave Chicago, Lakers not interested in him. Therefore 3rd team needed for trade, no team willing to take Boozer as of just now.
I WOULD KILL FOR PAU IN A BULLS UNIFORM.
He's Boozer, but with playoff experience and probably better D.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
He's Boozer except not even close........
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Kinda puzzling to me since Bulls need a SG, not a PF. Bulls brass must secretly have soured on Boozer over the past year.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Bulls want Dwight,Pau, what about Love, Griffin,Bosh,Stat,Millsap while there at it. There all there to.

It's the Big City Sports Complex. A large portion of large market fans feel every player belongs on their team at once.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Uhh...Chicago fans don't feel that way at all. You might be thinking of the Knicks.
Nothing has happened yet, so relax. It's just a rumor.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
LOL:
Knicks salaries 2012-13:
Melo, Amar'e and Chandler combined: $53 million.
2013-14: $58 million.
2014-15 $62 million.
GOOD LUCK WIT THAT Y'ALL.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Who the hell wants Boozer, with that contract? What team is close to contending, that takes that next step with Boozers layups at the rim and his back down fadeaway? That :wub:in guy offends every bit of my basketball sensibility.
Amnesty is his future. Im not watching Taj walk for this guy.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Seriously dude?
He's averaging great numbers across the board in LESS minutes than his career average. If you ever thought you were getting powerful finishes at the rim and constant post moves, you were misinformed.
Also, DAYLIGHT ROBBERY YEAH!
[b]Golden State Warriors get:[b]
Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson
Milwaukee Bucks get:
Monta Ellis, Ekpe Udoh and Kwame Brown.
Alrighty then, Jennings/Ellis in Buck-town. Not bad.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Regular season means dick. Until this guy shows up, he is the new bum slayer of the league. And him going soft at the rim isn't just a matter of expectation. It doesn't work. He sucks at it. Times when he absolutely needs to go hard, he doesn't. But more than that, there is no physical presence in the paint unless Taj is out there, or your 6'3" point guard is going hard to the rim.
And Rose got into an accident just a little while ago on a local expressway. Bentley vs Saturn. He is ok, I guess.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Yeah he got hit from behind whilst driving. Should be used to it after his treatment from the Knicks last night.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
I don't like the deal for either side. Bucks get a guard who likes to shoot and Warriors give up there only healthy guard for a ? healthy big man.
Maybe next year when Curry and Bogut are right it will look better.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
The Bucks just got a great scorer for an injured big man and a guy who doesn't play.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
It's going to be some fun watching Derrick Rose matchup vs Monta Ellis multiple times every season. Annoying for Rose, fun for us fans.
Jennings/Ilyasova/Monta ...Bucks turning into a fun little team
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
I don't know if Rose is going to play tomorrow night now...
Limped out of post-game film session yesterday, was held out of practice today and then had a 'fender-bender' this afternoon.
Yipee.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
Also, Mike James resigned by Chicago. Means Rose is quite possibly OUT vs HEAT tomorrow night. Great.
Dwight Howard has told Orlando he wants to stay until the end of the season. Basically so that he can leave for New Jersey without them having to gut their roster to get him now, also gives him the outside shot of winning this year too.
"I'm leaving you, just not yet and instead of giving you the house, the car and the dog, I'm taking all that and I want the kids too."
Magic should trade his ass now and get something for him. Look at Cleveland.
Re: NBA 2011-12 Season Thread
It's Rose, dude, he'll play if he has a heartbeat. :)
