Wow, that's a nice color for the Ptolemies. Nice empire.

Beityfull. In my 0 turns campaigns AI empires always were "weird", this seems "reasonable". (Now i´m playing 1 turn campaign).
Yes it has been pretty "reasonable"! Its cool to see Sparta expand like that. They're allied to Scythia and have been at war with Pergamon for ages. Also, interestingly, Carthage went to war with Egypt and then called a ceasefire when they reached Memphis.
My H/VH Bosporan campaign: Battle at Kotais

The First major battle of the kingdom:

Fought the battle on two fronts, the left and right were split by a massive rock formation. The Armenians tried to shake things up by attempting to take a hill on the right flank.

So...I sent troops to intercept

And then surrounded their demoralized kentoken spearmen ranks

I found some archers hunting in the woods...Decided to hunt them...

I had a hidden wing of cav on the left with my general and decided to swing it around and attack from behind:

At this point in time my left wing engaged the enemy kentoken spears in a massive cluster

I anvil charged with my general's cavalry upon the enemy's left wing-- my right flank.

A view of both wings of the battle-

Their left begins to break!--but a bittersweet respite as my general also perished sometime in the brawl.

And down to Hades the other general follows!

Cool empires I'm seeing here.
Humm thats nice, on my bosporan campaign i went a complitely diferent direction by crossing the sea and taking one of the free greek cities. Now i am fighting Pergamon.
Night battles are always my favorite...
Thanks guys, I think the Bosporan Heavy Infantry is just one of the best looking skins ever. The AI does crazy things in night battles...like somehow killing my general without me noticing :ninja:
lol, better choice than mine then, I decided to take out the Samartians early on... I took 2 cities from them, then their hordes arrived.
Their horse archers made easy pickings of my elites in the open field, and retook their two cities and the one just north of Chernosses (Sutcike Neapolis or something?), haven't played more on that campaign <.<
You know how to welcome me.

This is my Pergamon campaign 1turn H/H.I have managed to take some regions up the Pontus lands. Now I'm wondering should i attack Pontus or the Seleucs .Macedon is on rampage and i hope they don't turn on me soon or I'll have to fight on 2 fronts.Rome is boring as always and Carthage pushed back, again, like in every other campaign .....

Ooh... very nice.
Update to armenian campaign. Very suddenly a lot of things happened, and happened fast. One is that since I've been in relative peace since last, my economy has skyrocketed in a way I didn't expect.
Another is that the eagle is getting its feathers plucked on its home turff, by its arch-nemesis no less. Furthermore, the once powerfull Cimbri are being overwhelmed completely and utterly, by the very same faction causing havoc in Italy... The one I speak of, is Carthage!
Compare the above screen of the map, with this one and you'll probably be as surprised as I am.

Carthage suddenly went from a noteworthy power in the west, to the ultimate power on the map. First they skyrocketed past me in Military Power, then shortly after, they became the largest nation, along with the most advanced.
In short, I expect a collosal war when our borders meet.
Edit: Having pondered a bit about it, I wonder if the money script has some issues.
All that in about 33 years? Impressive that rising of Carthage.
