To be honest I had a look at the Walhalla memorial list :tongue: But I knew he must have been from the 18th or 19th century and the uniform is British/Hannoverian. Therefore I think he is Count Wilhelm of Schaumburg- Lippe, a general from the Seven Year's War.

That is General Nikolay Raevski from the Napoleonic wars (as in the Raevski redoubt). Which reminds of the victory celebration of the Battle of Borodino that the Russian tsars hosted several times (and perhaps even more recently by the Soviet Union).
