Post what concerts you are going or talk about previous Metal concert experiences.
Erm... i'll go first, the last show i went to was 36 Crazyfists, Gwen Stacy and Poison the Well. Poison the Well weren't that good, and i had my first mosh to 36 Crazyfists. Also the venue was an old church, graveyard and everything, so we suggested to the person at the box office to invite Mayhem or Burzum to play. She didn't know who they were.
This Summer I went to see R.A.M.P., Lamb of God, Mastodon, Machine Head, Slipknot and metallica it was quite a good gig, most of the bands interacted a lot with the fans, which for me is a way say thanks. Next I went to Sobreirus Metal Fest, to see more or less 10 bands, some of which I showed on the main METAL thread (W.A.K.O., The Firstborn and Echidna), they had camping site which made the concerts pretty ''wild'' Next I'm going to see Dark Tranquillity, Amon Amarth, Katatonia, The Gathering, Cynic and Simmone Simm... hum... Epica. My expectations are high
The last concert ive been too was Dragonforce with All that Remains. I have some very BAD camera videos. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...17025152880219 http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...30839682490649 http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...44209559703758
I got to see Slayer, Mastodon, and Converge on one bill which was fairly impressive and then Megadeth another time. My favorite show I've been to was Isis with Torche and Intronaut opening for them. That was a stellar show. There was also a small doom-band when I lived in Fairfax, VA that my friends and I used to go see a lot named Salome. They were amazing then and I was very happy to learn that Kat (their singer) just joined Agoraphobic Nosebleed.
I just came from a 2 day festival and it was ing epic Epica was just amazing and simone is awesomely beautiful Dark Tranquility was also astonishing, with lots of headbang, crowd surfing, moshing, etc And Amon Amarth.... Got no words for them
Im thinking of going to this concert: MOONSPELL - Samael - Book Of Black Earth - Secrets Of The Moon - Terra Morta Just 15 bucks. I don't know about the other bands.

behemoth supporting devildriver?
Yes, i know, it's like when Metallica and Machine Head supported Trivium. I'm not complaining though!
