John, the lahmacun is known a Kurdish type of pizza in Turkey. I, actually prefer "pide" (from Blacksea region type) or "etli ekmek" from Konya region. Lahmacun is too smelly for my liking.
Those look good, though the etli ekmek looks pretty filling. I think they have something like Pide in Georgia and Armenia too, though I never had any. Lahmajun smelly though? Usually we make it with a spice that smells of cinnamon (if any)...other than that it's just onions, tomatoes, peppers (sometimes), beef, and lamb.
