Hi I am having an issue where Shogun 2 is not recognizing mod files

I have attempted to create a simple test mod (mod.pack, just modifies some DB values for one unit) using the official CA mod tools. I received no exceptions in TWeak or BOB. After I copied the file to the data folder the mod shows up in the mod manager. However, I noticed the mod changes had no effect when viewing the unit in the Custom Battle window.

I also tried downloading a mod from the workshop, (matchlock_infantry_redone_no_range) but it did not have any effect either.

From the modified.log it looks like the game doesn't recognize the mod files.

Does anyone know how to fix this? My Shogun 2 and CA mod tools are all up-to-date. I have also tried verifying the game and tool caches, but this does not fix the issue.

[Copy pasted modified.log]

When I am in DAVE and attempt to export my modified DB entries, The "export table(s)" option at the bottom of the window is not visible. I have tried resizing the windows and even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas? I included a screenshot below.

I posted on the CA support forums, but there isn't an actual support forum specifically for DAVE or TWeak. Was this particular portion of the editor removed? I was just going on the directions of a tutorial from Youtube. Has the process been made simpler by eliminating the need to export? Any and all help is appreciated.

The game keeps crashing after about 15 seconds of loading. When it crashes it usually give me the error message "r6025 pure virtual function call". It only happens when I try to load the sekigahara campaign, when I modify the units in the mod to make them recruitable. I've verified the game cache twice with no success. Is it a problem with the game or something else?

Thanks.

I've come back to Shogun 2 after a considerable hiatus.
I had an old mod of mine that I used to play, so I decided to see if it still worked. It does--mostly, until a random CTD happens.
I tried debugging, and apparently, the game crashes because it's trying to divide by zero.

Now I noticed that this happens when an AI clan moves its army towards a castle, and I have no bloody clue where in that process the game tries to divide anything by zero. I've looked at all the variables in my db files(the mod was created using PFM), and there's nothing amiss. No weird numbers, no typos, nothing. I think I checked all the potential culprits in data files that have anything to do with the campaign map.. but the crash keeps happening.
So I was wondering if anyone has a clue what could cause this try-to-divide-by-zero-then-the-universe-crashes-around-me issue... if anything, a suggestion would be most appreciated.

EDIT: Actually, after a reinstall and more poking around, I discovered that this seems to be a very specific problem. Every other castle town in the game seems to be working fine. It's Hida that's causing all the CTDs. An army approaches Hida, tries to attack it, the crash happens. Apparently that's where dividing by zero mishap is happening. I have no bloody clue what's wrong there though... I've taken out all the campaign-related db files out, and it still happens.

After going through a large ordeal with my computer and having to get a new hard drive, I decided to start playing Shogun 2 again. I downloaded a few of the mods that I used to use in my game and placed them in my data folder as per normal. However, for some reason, the game refuses to load with them. It'll load and play just fine in the absence of mods but when I place even one mod pack file in the data folder, it crashes seconds after the initial splash screen. I opened up the modified.log file and it shows the mods as "unknown files". I don't understand why it's doing this. Never had such an issue before. If anyone could help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated.
