Here's a bundle of three converters; two aren't new, they're just included to make it
easier for people to find:

ETWvariant_weighted_meshConverter_v1_3.py
ETWrigid_modelConverter_v1_0_beta.py

The new one is

ETWrigid_naval_modelConverter_v1_0_beta.py

Same caveat applies to it as to the rigid_model one, namely, the uvs
that come out of the binary file do not always lie in the range (0.0,1.0).
No obvious transformation for these guys suggests itself.
