Improves an explosion dust, fire and an explosion smoke at attack by artillery.
Capacity and accuracy of artillery not changed.
Works with any RTW mod and with BI, Alexander

How to insatall:
1) Make descr_effects_arrow_trail.txt backup! (just in case) file in "data" folder
2) Put all in "data" folder.
