1/ You should have a Medieval II Total War.zip file if everything was ok.
2/ Then two possibility :
a) Extract this folder in a safe place and then copy all the files in your Medieval 2 directory.
b) Extract directly your files in SEGA/Medieval II Total War
Then to launch the mod double-click the MS-DOS command ("Lancer Ajouts de Villes Historiques"). Good Game !

Correct installation :
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Note :
- It's better to have Medieval 2 patched 1.3 to play this mod
- Some texts are in french, though it is vanilla text, so if someone has the time to make a quick translation do not hesitate.

- Post your screens on forums !
