Downloads: 4 Seasons BETA for DLV+BB2.9.04

This is a minor mod for the current (4/10/11) version of DLV+BB2.9.04

It changes the game from 2 turns per year to 4 turns per year, and addresses them as the four seasons of the year. It is provided as a simple drop/overwrite format, so that experienced modders may integrate this with their own changes, line by line.

It is the BETA version. It does not provide the corresponding adjustments to DLV financial scripts, growth rates, recruitment rates, etc..
THOSE changes are provided separately, but still need adjustments. Modders are welcome to fine tune these factors, upload their results, and contribute to the mod.

I hereby grant permission to any modder who wishes to use this mini mod for their own purposes. Credit to GrnEyeDevl for the heart of its functional script, who also provides permissions, found elsewhere.
