    Download, install, and run that once^^

    Then right click on all the stuff it adds, choose "Unload"

    Download the N7 Theme, or the other one I linked to, double click the .rmskin file in the folder.

    Open Rainmeter from the Taskbar Icon Tray thing. Choose manage, then on the left of the window that pops up, is a folder with the name of the theme, click on the .ini files you want, and click "load" then they should appear at the top left of your screen. Drag them where you want them.
