No, there is no time. It doesn't matter. It could have all happened in an instant, or God might have taken His time. Like I said, it really doesn't matter, there's no use speculating.
If there is no time then 1 day does not necessarily equal 1 day but more likely equals thousands if not millions of years.
There is no time in heaven, that is the point of the verse. We are small, He is big. You're making this way too hard.
