No, but I don't believe that violence will bring about any truly good conclusion either. The early Christians didn't fight the Romans with anything but prayer. If it comes to it, we must do the same.
Do you think that the government of Herod deserved to stand?
I'm not much of a supporter for the destruction of anything, let alone a government. Faith in God and prayer will push us through.
I would assume that they would be affected, but I don't believe there are any. There are many in Greece, not sure about the other Orthodox countries, though I heard of a news story about an Orthodox orphanage that was somehow intertwined with the state in Russia, so I'm sure there are plenty there as well. Not that this decision will affect that. All the same, HHS does pass, I will be convinced that our government needs to be destroyed. It will have become what the fathers deem a "tyranny."
...don't know? I mean it's kinda important, the supreme court is deciding on it in less than 10 hours.
I've been meaning to ask you, how does the HHS mandate affect us? It's pretty clearly a bar on religious freedom, but aside from that are Orthodox healthcare providers (if such exist) going to be forced as well?
Nice. XD
Me too! I just printed it out and tacked it to my wall.
I haven't, I like it though.
