Conversation Between husserlTW and Comrade the Colonel

hey,
I am trying to rename a bunch of factions for the APETI mod. I have it with AUM as well.

here is what i did:
i extracted tge localisation.loc from the patch_aum_en_loc_ape_ti.pack file.
I opened it in scalc and changed the names via find/replace.
I then saved the file, opened the patch_aum_en_loc_ape_ti.pack file, and replaced the old Localisation with the new,

When i start up the game though, the new faction names arent there. WHat do i do? Please help me
