I've noticed that the cavalry in the Nikephorean roster use their lances in a Western-European couched style. I was under the impression that that style wasn't in use by the Byzantines until the Komnenian era. Is this done in your mod due to historical reasons or game limitations? If for historical reasons, when did the Byzantines abandon the two-handed grip on their lances?
