Yeah, I will be borrowing, certainly since I'm new to it. Will have to sit down and relax for it though, it seems awfully complicated now but that's probably because I have only taken a fast look. After I got a first map version I will have all time to look into that
You would be better off borrowing units from existing mods and then modifying them, it stills requires intense work but new units takes years so better to avoid it.
Yeah, still need to look into the entire unit making stuff and need to find some more teammates
Challenging project, in a mod everything can be accomplished quite easily except the 3D work. Good luck!
I just started my own LOTR-based fantasy mod, have been working it out the last months and started a thread this month I'm now working on the map, should get a first working version this week or next week http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=518173
Which mod are you working on?
yeah, thought so. Well, I get very excited when talking about my mod and the games I play
Sorry i get excited from PC talk.
Don't go techy on me Ishan, I'm very atechnical.
There is one German friend of mine from the forums and he has like 20-30 HDDs lol, he changes it like a cassette in a walkman. External HDDs are quite handy, very useful. I have an IPod with 120GB of space that also helps, not sure what's going on in that sector though. Usually compact HDDs have low rpm so i prefer external casings for regular SATA ones through e-sata ports.
