  1. Well thank you for the nice compliment! Have read it back as well in the last couple of weeks to see what I direction I wanted to go with. Lol @ grammar mistakes

Well whatever you do after your Macedon AAR, I do hope you come back and write again. You are one of the few writers who have shown a consistent level of top writing and your character building is unique, not to forget the graphic content you use to strengthen your words!

But personal life always comes first, though a b!tch to both readers and writers, it always comes first.
  2. You pretty much summed it up there. Once I finish off Lone Eagle, and possibly the macedon one, I will sit back a bit and observe / relax. AARs are exhausting! lol. I think too though is that at the time of Ishtar i had less responsibilities in life etc, whereas now that's changed. Also you should drop by the RTW/ eras aar section more. There is some good stuff there. But I too dont stray far from my home(rtw/eras) section enough as it is also. I guess its that i lurk in MTW2 and post more in rtw. P.S i read through your first AAR - not bad at all seeing how LOTR aars are few and difficult as it is.
  3. Hehe I can relate to your problem with the list of failed AARs. Funny to see that you too are a little bit off of what you should write about! I had that to after the completion of my BtR series and the remedy I prescribed for myself was going out of the business for a year.. Now, speaking aftwards, I don't think that was the best idea, but then again it does itch again like in my first days. I can say all the cliches there are but its the truth that you should really think about what your next goal is or should be and then close of your mind for everything else, perhaps don't even start another game to relax. But in the end its really your call.

I haven't noticed your Macedonian AAR yet! I rarely show my face in the rtw part of the AAR section, only the ones I've subscribed to in the past are still being watched. Your ending for the briton AAR sounds fair enough, afterall it is your main character and your story of the conquest of the Isle of Britannia is a story on its own.
  4. To a certain extent, yes. I think it has to do with not presently playing the campaign as I post updates etc. I plan on doing the Britannia AAR until the death of the lead character Madrun. Normally I'd continue a story, but I've got so many ideas of what I's like to do with a new game. Remember too though, I've also got a Macedonian RS2 AAR going which I'm having trouble updated as it is. I think I just bit off more than I can chew, but I hate to just let aars die. It's like I dont want a bad track record of failed aars etc. Now im just rambling on, but maybe just having one aar going at once while playing the game closely next to the writing is the remedy for myself.
  5. I read the description of your rep (for which I thank you ofc), but is that really true? What about your Briton AAR?
