You made a good job, only a few: I would add Pitzia (p.406), due to his victory over the Roman forces in the Balkans 504/505; and you may take a look at the royal prosopography (pp. 447-461), for many of them were already around in 519 and had important jobs, but are not directly related to Theoderic. Vitiges e.g. made his name fighting in 505.
