thanks mate xD I just think (in my personal opinion, which isnt necessarily the right one) that we are not a country with the limitation of resources that country have. And even with their limitation, they do do re-votes when the first place vote didnt get 60% (I think it is 60) of the votes when voting for president. Why do they do that? Because it is more accurate. Re-votes are actually the most inteligent and efficient way to find out what is the will of the people as a whole... we just dont see it much because of inviability generally... I feel that no matter how I explain myself, I won't convince anybody, so Ill just stay quiet now in the thread :\ before this becomes a flame-war
