  1. Every time I watch an Orson Welles film, Harry Lime pops into my head. You been doing alright?
  2. Well I trust you judgement. I do recall a situation like this happening before, I'm pretty sure the infraction was just reversed.
  3. Unfortunately it is the Tribune's responsibility to moderate the Tribunal Commentary thread. I can say no more publicly but believe me Garb's post does have a massive impact on a current appeal and was quite possibly the worst thing he could have said.
  4. Well I can't check anymore, I resigned a while ago.
  5. It was he. I know him. I know his prose. Feel free to check though if you doubt me.

Indeed although your moderation history is clean (nazi statement aside) your post was arguably worse as you knew it (Ferrets' post) had recently incurred moderation and was even being appealed. Putting myself in an untenable position if I wanted to preserve a modicum of fairness and integrity.

Consider this my notice of resignation, in public for once!
Harry, I don't think this is wise considering that you're not a moderator and Garb's not appealing an infraction. The two posts are entirely separate incidents, and they can be treated as such, they don't need to affect each other. It's not your responsibility to moderate Garb's statement, only to pass judgement to Ferret's infraction. If Garb gets an infraction for it, and he appeals then you can pass the same judgement. If not, well then that's an entirely different issue altogether, and still not a good reason to resign from an unrelated duty. You're good at what you do, and resigning never solves anything.
  7. Sometimes there's been good reasons for it.
  8. You like leaving.
  9. In the last week.

I have been before. On 3 separate occasions.
  10. You're a tribune now? When did this happen?
